On a site stretching out into a landscaped park, the new Arras Hospital will open up towards the historic town centre, with entrances clearly visible from the boulevard.
The project’s iconic structure is the accommodation building, a large glass ‘blade’ set in a prime position in the park.
Each level has a large modular plan comprising structural and strategic elements such as health stations and logistic centres.
The façade is composed of angled glass louvres, surrounding an extra layer to create a ventilated buffer space which insulates the building in winter and cools it in summer.
